Kukipegs Property Services (KPS) was established ten years ago by husband and wife team Graham and Gaelle Stevenson-Cooke.

Since then the company has diversified, enabling Gaelle to establish Massif Cuisine et Concierge, which offers catering, as well as private property management services.

We provide professional guest and owner management for luxury chalets and apartments in the Haute Giffre valley, with a focus on Samoens.

As a local small business, we have established excellent relationships with other business owners to enable us to offer our guests a range of discounts on various winter activities, including ski hire and ski lessons, and summer activities such as rafting, horse-riding, canyoning and parapente.

We are permanently based in Samoens and operate a fully bilingual company enabling us to work with a range of local and international clients.

You may need an in-resort key-holder, property cleaning between your visits, advice on marketing platforms, garden and maintenance services, or someone to facilitate renovation work in your absence.
