We work with luxury chalet and apartment owners in Samoëns to assist them with their individual property needs. As well as providing regular cleaning, laundry and maintenance services for self-catered accommodation, we also provide concierge services and welcome hampers. Additional in-resort support is provided for your guests covering everything from restaurant recommendations to discounts on winter and summer activities, equipment hire and lessons.

Kukipegs Property Services provides property management solutions for owners of both commercial and private residences in the Haute Giffre Valley. Perhaps you need someone to hold keys, or an adhoc cleaning, laundry or maintenance service for your private holiday home. Or perhaps you require a dedicated team to provide regular property management and Commercial Guest Services for your rental property. Whatever your requirements we are happy to assist, and can tailor a range of services to meet your individual needs.

Lawn and Hedge Maintenance
Kukipegs Property Services works with several other local gardeners as part of a valley co-operative. This enables us as individuals to commit to larger ‘jobs’ that one person can often struggle with, such as landscaping, lawn/border planting and hedge removal.
Fully insured with a range of professional equipment and vehicles suitable for removing large volumes of gardening waste, we are happy to discuss the individual gardening needs for your property and provide a quote for our services.
KPS is also available to quote on co-owned communal gardens and lawns.

If you have recently purchased a chalet or apartment in the area as a potential commercial holiday rental we can assist you with recommendations for website design, options for booking systems and recommendations for companies who specialise in the marketing of chalet and apartment holidays. We are happy to suggest suitable rental rates, the best options for flexible stays, and methods of utilising existing marketing platforms to maximise the exposure of your rental property to potential guests.
We also actively assist property owners with finding a suitable property management team if we can’t accommodate you at this time.
