Covid-19 Safety Procedures
To protect our guests and our cleaning teams, we have introduced the following practices to mitigate the risk of transference in our chalets and apartments.
- All properties are equipped with large hand sanitizer dispensers. Many of them are wall mounted near the property entrance for convenience of use.
- All properties are aired between bookings.
- Extra time is taken to clean and disinfectant high contact surfaces.
- All disinfecting products used meet the recommended guidance produced by the French Tourism Board.
- All linen and towels are washed at a minimum temperature of 60 degrees Celsius.
- Additional cleaning supplies are provided in the property for guest use throughout their stay.
- Where KPS provide a guest concierge service, electronic versions of property access, guest folders, house manuals and directions have been produced, reducing the need for person-to-person contact.
